Louisa designs, creates and promotes original sculptures, art objects, works of art, drawings and handmade jewelry, since 1997.
Each design is made in a sculpture, a sculpted object or a handmade jewel from materials such as plaster, clay or sculpting wax. Through casting each one is transformed in bronze, aluminium, gold or fine silver. She also works directly on materials such as marble, wood or Perspex. She often uses mixed techniques to refine and finish her designs (acrylics, resins, glues and enamel colors), as well as traditional means such as welding and oxidization. For marble and stone sculpting she uses traditional tools. She uses diverse materials for her jewelry such as bronze, fine silver, gold, precious and semiprecious stones, recycled materials, felt wool, fabrics and mashed paper.
Many people from arts, culture and politics have been awarded with Louisa’s art. She receives commissions from companies, public and private foundations and she designs medals, awards and original business gifts.
